Deadline for Recording Continuing Education Extended

The American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) is extending the deadline to fulfill the continuing education requirement as follows:

  • For diplomates and certificants whose 2-year recording period deadline is December 31, 2020, the deadline is extended six months, to June 30, 2021.

  • For diplomates and certificants whose 2-year recording period deadline is December 31, 2021, the deadline remains the same, December 31, 2021.

Here's how to determine whether your current CE deadline is December 31, 2020, or December 31, 2021:

  1. Login to your account

  2. Click on the blue bar above your name where it reads "CEUS FOR CURRENT RECORDING PERIOD." The page will refresh and your current two-year recording period will now be visible in the blue bar above your name (Note: this deadline does not reflect the six-month extension for those whose deadline is December 31, 2020.)

If you have any questions please contact the ABB office by email: abb@abbcert.org or telephone: (314)241-1445.
