PAMA Laboratory Fee Schedule Cuts were Determined Using an Illegal Methodology Says NILA
NILA has submitted comments alleging the methodology CMS used to implement Section 216 of PAMA was illegal. NILA's comments were in response to the CY 2019 Physician Fee Schedule proposed rule.
