AAB/NILA Files Amicus Brief in PAMA Lawsuit

On Wednesday, the American Association of Bioanalysts filed a motion in federal District Court in Washington D.C. for permission to file an Amicus Curiae Brief in support of the lawsuit commenced by the American Clinical Laboratory Association challenging how the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) has implemented the Protecting Access to Medicare Act, known as PAMA.
